Introduction Tianeptine is prescribed as an antidepresant in Europe. The prescription drug produced tianeptine sodium. However, it can also be found on the Internet sulfate sold a nootropric. Misuse of sodium has been documented, but there’s little scientific evidence use. Objectives Review use without prescription. Present clinical report Methods PubMed review tienptine Clinical patient using adquiered Internet. Results Systematic search term “tianeptine abuse” conducted 01/10/2022. A total 71 articles were from wich 33 mentioned 23 case reports found. None them made difference between tiaenptine or sulfate. Only one article fora (Smith et al.
